Report from MCDC muster.

August Muster Saw Plenty Of Illegal Activity

Many thanks to all who participated in the August Muster. It was hot during the day (about 90) and downright chilly at night. It was one of our most successful yet with nearly 60 patriot’s participating and 47 illegals were spotted and reported to the authorities.

Here is a brief recap of sightings:

11 Illegals were spotted in camp on Friday and reported to the Border Patrol. All 11 were arrested

* 8 were spotted walking down Shasta Rd, near camp, by honorary Minuteman Aubrey and reported to BP. All were arrested.
* 3 were observed crossing the Border at about midnight on Saturday Night near Boundary Peak and reported to BP. Unsure of the result.
* 8 were spotted crossing the border at daybreak near Site D by our overnight crew with the Thermal Scope. All were reported

2 were observed by the Red Rocks. A film crew from the History Channel was on hand and interviewed one of the individuals (still on the south side) who called himself a “ranch hand”. Later he was observed with another person on a yellow ATV carrying a bolt action rifle. BP has reported a group of banditos is working that area and they are using a bolt action rifle.

* 15 were observed getting into a white suburban; a vehicle that was meant to hold 6-8 people at best. BP was called and all but the driver were apprehended. One individual, reportedly the coyote had a bag of cash on him that was estimated to be in excess of $10,000. One of those apprehended was a small boy about 9 years old.

Our NORCALMinuteman were once again on hand and had a hand in several of these sightings. Many thanks to our Chapter from up north.

Not one. Let me repeat that…NOT ONE National Guardsman was observed on duty in our sector and BP admitted they were way understaffed for the Saturday night watch with only 3 Patrol Agents on duty for the entire Campo sector that evening. YOUR ASSISTANCE IS STILL NEEDED TO SECURE OUR BORDERS. It has been reported that the National Guard will be coming to our area to do border watches. Trouble is, Border Patrol is watching them leaving few to actually apprehend the offenders. We need to draw more attention to this situation. Call your local radio stations. Tell them about our recent successes. Tell them that we need more BP Agents. The administrations claims that the borders are now secure are false.

National Guard?

Update from Camp Kingfish

About 18 - 20 have been attempting to cross all day. BP is taking to Kingfish right now.

A Mexican rancher has been riding over the fence to say hi. He was saying today that the illegals
have been over running his ranch, leaving opened cans. His cow and horses have been injured
stepping on the cans.

Bumper Stickers Added, Thanks Chicago, great design:

Updae From JJ

Things heated up late Thursday afternoon around 4:30 PM. A large
group of the Campo MM were enjoying the shade of a large oak tree
down in the area known as the "oaks." One of our party (Charlie 1
from the Palm Springs area), who was riding his off road motorcycle,
took off to go out to Bell Canyon, which is out West of the "oaks"
position. He hadn't gone more than 50 yards or so when he found
himself smack dab in the middle of a migrating herd of illegals,
which were on both sides of the road, in the road, and trying
unsuccessfully to crouch down in the two foot high bushes at that
point. The illegals were around 20 in number, and were taken
completely by surprise by Charlie's quiet running motorcycle! As
Charlie was dressed totally in black riding leathers, helmet, and
holstered Glock nine side arm, as well as a cased TV camera, he was
temporarily as surprised as the illegals, who were by now reversing
their planned migration direction from north, to a more southerly
direction... he said that he was keeping his hand on his holstered
gun, while trying to get his camera out to film with, while trying to
keep his bike from falling over, and...you get the picture... Well,
needless to say, the Mexicans slid back down through that culvert
much faster than they had come up out of it. All Charlie 1 could do
was to look at the illegals and their "coyote" disappearing back into
Mexico, as their lookout flipped him "the bird" for nixing their mini
invasion of the good old USA. Border Patrol later said they tracked
the 20 person group westward towards Tecate until losing them...
I was up shortly before daylight and made my usual morning mobile
patrol. Charlie 1 and Ridgerunner were the only two MM up that I saw
or spoke with, but Kingfish was probably up, just maintaining radio
silence, which is the way it should be...
On my way down the hill around 7:00AM I met a B.P. Agent who has been
stationed in Campo for a long time, including a year of running the
big infra red light trucks. He said he wanted to really thank us
(Campo MM) for what we have done on the Border since we have been "on
the line." He said that we have made "one hell of a difference!"
Believe me, that was music to my ears! We talked for some 15 minutes
or so, and I arrived in Campo, near the Fire station, where I saw a
fairly good sized contingent of National Guard troopers assembling.
I just had to stop and chew the fat with a couple of them for about 5
minutes, or so. They said that there ARE about FIVE infantry
soldiers on the ground at Campo! The rest are Engineers, Chemical
Warfare, etc. He said not to say I heard it from him, but that there
ARE a FEW Army Scouts here, but not very many. I thanked him, and
proceeded on to breakfast. The TOTAL size of the group I would
estimate to be around 15-20 men.

Reporting history as it is being made,

Update from JJ

Yep folks, NO National Guard Infantry, but plenty of Engineers for
the Border Patrol to "babysit." One agent told a Campo MM that he
was on the "nanny squad", as he referred to the job assignment he had
been assigned to.

A group of 9 engineers told "Mad Max" that all
they had with them were bayonetts! Max asked them why thet thought
the B.P. Agents were wearing flak jackets. He then proceeded to fill
them in on the real atmosphere prevailing on the Border!
Last evening, or rather early this morning, around 12:30 AM, things
had been going real slow on the Campo Line, so "Checkstand" decided
to take several men down to an area off to the West known as Bell
Canyon, as there is almost always something happening there... a big
mistake, as no sooner were they redeployed to the West than Max
became over run by several groups entering all along the line from
139, 138, and 136. Only ONE Border Patrol agent was there to catch
them all, as the B.P.'s usually thin themselves out when they know a
large group of MM are in the area. Other MM groups take warning from
this. The Coyotes are very, very, PATIENT! They will wait for hours
and hours just to slip in when you move to go somewhere else,
as "checkstand" did last night. I wasn't here last night, but I will
be here tonight, and am going to be going mobile from 11:00 PM until
dawn, as this seems to really confuse the Coyotes, and keep them off
balance.

Tell everyone you know that there IS NO Guard on the Border between
San Diego and Jacumba, Ca., except for a very few Engineers, who have
NO GUNS, and MUST BE GUARDED by the very low numbers of B.P. agents
in the area, hindering apprehensions of illegals here!

There is
NO INFANTRY, no additional guns; the troops that appear have to be
guarded by nanny aquad B.P. agents. Very bad for morale. Very bad
for the security of the USA. A giant HOAX is being purpotrated on
the American People, and on the citizens of California.

Looking to make a difference this evening, as Kingfish and I return
to positions on the Campo Line,

Fence Building

I spoke with the National
Guard personnel here yesterday. They are NOT going to extend the
Border fence road on down into Gloria Canyon, as many of us had hoped
for. They said,"It's just too hard!" Oh well...
I've got to go now. Got another magazine crew to "bird dog" into
Campo.

Better to make history, than be run over by it,

JJ REPORT FROM THE CAMPO LINE

Well folks, arrived this afternoon on the "Line",and it hasn't
changed very much since the last time I was there about a month ago.
Met with Kingfish, talked with "36" by phone, and saw "Checkstand" in
person. The only National Guard on the California border at the
present time, that are actually DOING guard duty are 4 or 5 Guardsmen
near the Tecate, Mexico train tunnels! Yes you heard right. 5 or
6!! There are another 5 or 6 Engineers grading the Border Road, and
repairing old fence, and even starting to build a little NEW Fence,
but by and large, the National Guard promised by George Bush,
and "Ahnold" are nowhere to be seen!! This is late August, Folks!
Do you feel like you've been HAD with the politicos' lies? I sure
do. Is anybody out there really surprised? I'm down for a couple of
days from my job near Palm Springs. I guess the Campo MM have about
as many men on the Border as the National Guard does right now. Do
you feel safe? I don't. WHERE the HELL is the GUARD??
Several of us are planning (tentatively) on going to Texas as members
of the Campo MM, to assist Gilchrist's Group of MMP volunteers. We
are planning on flying, but getting firearms down there is a
nightmare, at best. Kingfish says that he may drive his van down,
just to alleviate that problem... Look out Texans! The Campo MM are
coming!...
Hope things are quiet on the line tonight,

UPDATE FROM CAMPO

This have been pretty active, with attempted crossings. They seem to be moving more toward Smith Canyon. Two guys with binoculars and cell phones were coming back and forth over the fence, seeming to for a good place to cross. The seemed older for coyotes. One guy was balding. Most coyotes tend to be in their 20's.

Two guys came to Kingfish's camp and asked for water.

People continue to surrender on site to Chicago. This weekend it was a guy who seemed to be in his 60's

Yesterday, there was some type of official tour of the border, on the US site, with the Border Patrol escorting men in suits.Later that afternoon, a Mexican Military helicopter was flying around.

No visible presence of the National Guard, but they seem to be doing some administrative work. When Kingfish called the Tacate Border Patrol last week, he referred to himself as a "civilian observer." They answering the phone. said, rather excitedly. "Who ARE you guys? Are you those Minutemen?"

MAD MAX TO THE RESCUE

MAD MAX TO THE RESCUE!

A few weeks a go, Jim Gilchrist and the Minuteman Project was accosted by open borders goonage in New York. And who was there to help them get away and safely into a cab? Campo Minuteman Mad Max! He had returned east to follow the Paul Revere Riders. On MMP woman said " I have never been to happy to see the Campo Minuteman T Shirt"

Max hopes to return to Campo this weekend. He would like to stay at the border full time.

National Guard on the Border?

Just received a phone call from Ken H., local MM in Campo. He is set
up with a quarter moon rising over his position on a hill overlooking
Tecate, Mexico, west of Ridgerunner's position on the Campo Line. He
saw Kingfish coming in, back to his position, a few minutes ago. He
said that NO NATIONAL GUARD are to be seen ANYWHERE in the CAMPO area.
Gadget Dan also said in an interview on the Rodger Hedgecock show last
weekend that NO Guardsmen were to be found at Campo.

More postings as they become history,

J J

Gadget went on a road trip...no national guard from Tecate to Jacumba.

AZ:
Near Douglas, Az.
While in my motel and it's restaurant I
was surprised to see, and talk to, several National Guardsmen (12-15
of them) who were enroute to the Border near Ajo, Az.! I asked one
of them if he could tell me exactly what his orders were, if he
could. He said," To help the Border Patrol any way possible! Good
news, no? Well, after spending several days here in Mc Neal, Az., I
was in Douglas today eating lunch at the famous Gadsden Hotel. I
couldn't believe my eyes! National Guardsmen from THREE different
states were there to guard the Border. The states of Texas,
Kentucky, and Wisconsin have troops being quartered in the Gadsden,
and pulling duty nearby on the Az.-Mex Border. You people from those
states can be proud of these young guardsmen, for sure. I even saw
one female soldier amongst them... Some were just coming in from
patrol, and were just coming downstairs from getting their showers.
One was limping from a blister he'd gotten, so I know
they're "pounding some Az. ground" while on duty. I was able to talk
to a few of them, and they seemed genuinely interesred in picking up
a few pointers from one of the old Minutemen. All of them had heard
of the Minutemen, for sure. One of them even said that the MM were
the reason that they got to come to the Border, because of all the
fuss we were making over the Border being open!
